I brought my grandson and ward over to be seen by the professionals at Honor Health Fast Med Urgent Care at the 44th Street and Oak location. He had been bitten by a dog while going for a walk. They were very professional in respecting his privacy, by moving him into a closed room with a door, once they were made aware of location of the bite. Being my grandson's autistic, they were super good by explaining their procedure's and all they were going to do to tend to his wound. They assured us that he would heal from this, and we were happy that it was not worse than it was. Thank you team for getting us in and out in a timely manner. If need be, we will return to this same location. Love it that it's so close to our home.

They have done a great job through the Pandemic.The staff is professional and helpful.I got there at my apt time and within 5 min. I was given a room and vitals were taken not even 5 minutes later the NP Heather came in saw me prescribed what I needed, and I was on my way.
Came in lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. But I could tell she was overwhelmed. Shame on the owners of this facility for not providing enough help for the hardworking staff. Why doesn’t this facility provide more help for everyone including the hard working people.. where is the hiring?? The owners are obviously trying just to make a quick buck off people suffering in the waiting rooms..
The staff was great. Brett was amazing! He took very good care of me and listened to me throughout my visit. P.A. was nice and thorough. I really felt sick and I was there for a while and Brett really came to my rescue!
Terrible service! Super slow staff. I’ve been here for an hour and still am here waiting for something so simple as a drug screen. There is only like 5 of us here shouldn’t be taking this long. Terrible service.
